You delete your Soulwick account yourself, right away and without a request: in the game, or here with a deletion code from the game.

Right in the game
Open Account in the game and choose “Delete account”. After one more question, your account is gone.
Here on the website
- 1In the game, under Account, get a deletion code for the website. It has 8 characters, is valid for 15 minutes and works only once.
- 2Enter your player name and the code here.
- 3Check that the account shown is yours, then delete it for good.
What gets deleted
- Your account and your player name
- The links to Steam, Google Play or your device that you sign in with
- Your guild membership
What stays
Your runs stay without your name so the leaderboards of your guild and teammates remain correct. Your own leaderboard places disappear.
The save on your device. Single player needs no account, so you can just keep playing.
Can't get into the game any more?
Then write to us using the contact details in the imprint. Tell us your player name, the platform and roughly when you last played.
